Turn-Key B2B Podcast Production · Canada & the US

Production is the hurdle. Consider it handled.

Nomadic Pods is a turn-key podcast studio that travels. Crew, cameras, lights, set, direction, editing, clips, copy — we bring all of it to your boardroom, wherever your boardroom is. Your team shows up and talks. Everything else is ours.

What We Make

There are six shows hiding in your company.

A podcast doesn't have to mean one host and a mic. It's a camera crew in your office for a day — point it at whatever you need most.

Customer case studies

Put a happy client on camera and let them tell the story. You get a case study in their words, on video, instead of a PDF nobody opens.

Prospect & partner interviews

Invite the people you want to sell to. An invitation onto your show opens doors a cold email never will, and the episode becomes the follow-up.

Expert duos

Two people from your team on what they know best. Buyers meet the humans they would actually be working with.

Founder & exec takes

Your leadership on the record about where the industry is going. Solo, straight to camera, no filter.

Sales enablement

Answer the objections your reps hear every week, on camera, once. Every rep gets a two-minute clip to send instead of a paragraph.

Recruiting & culture

Meet-the-team episodes that do what a careers page cannot. Candidates decide before they apply, and they decide from video.

Mix them across one film day: a client case study, two expert conversations, and a founder take, shot back to back.

Turn-Key Production

One film day. Months of content. Zero hassle.

Gear, crew, editing, and the weekly grind of turning conversations into content: that's where most podcasts stall. We own all of it. Here's the whole process, and everything that lands in your drive at the end of it.

We Plan It

Strategy, structure, talking points, scheduling — all handled before film day. You bring the guests, we handle the rest.

Pre-Production

We Show Up

Full crew, studio-grade gear. We film guest interviews and internal expert conversations — multiple episodes in one day.

Film Day

We Produce It

Professional editing, sound design, graphics, clips, carousels, and show notes for every episode.

Post-Production

You Post It

We deliver polished episodes and 15+ social clips and assets per episode — ready to upload across all your platforms.

Why It Works

Four reasons this outperforms the content you're making now.

Production is the hurdle

Most podcasts stall on production: who runs the cameras, cuts the episodes, and keeps it going every week. One crew owning all of it, once a quarter, is the version that survives contact with a busy team.

People buy from people

A face and a voice build trust faster than a whitepaper. Video puts the humans in your business in front of the humans buying from it.

Cost per asset keeps falling

The expensive part is the film day. Every additional format cut from that same footage costs a fraction of the first — which is why it gets cheaper the harder we work it.

An invitation beats a pitch

Asking someone onto your show gives them something. That's a fundamentally different opening move to a cold outreach email.

Pricing

Invest in production that pays for itself.

Every plan includes full-service production — strategy, quarterly film days, editing, social clips, and analytics. Pick the commitment that fits your growth goals.

FAQ

Questions? We've got answers.

Everything between "we should do a podcast" and "it's live": strategy and show design, guest prep, crew and studio-grade gear, set build in your space, direction on the day, editing, sound and colour, clips, carousels and quote cards, show notes and posts, scheduling, and monthly reporting. The only things we don't do are choose your guests and hold the conversation.
We bring our full crew and studio-grade equipment to your location, wherever that is. In a single film day, we record 6 podcast episodes — whether that's guest interviews, internal expert conversations, or a mix of both. We handle all the setup, production, and direction so you can focus on the conversation.
Anywhere in Canada and the United States. The whole studio packs into cases and flies with us — we regularly film outside our home base in Toronto, and multi-city teams can book a film day in each office. Travel inside the Greater Toronto Area is included; anywhere further, we quote flights and accommodation up front as a flat line item before you commit, so there are no surprises. If your leadership is spread across offices, one trip can cover several of them.
Every episode comes back as a full content kit of 15+ assets: the full-length video and audio episode, 3–4 short-form social clips, 2–3 quote cards, a carousel, thumbnail, announcement graphic, show notes, a LinkedIn post, full transcript, and a newsletter snippet — all formatted and ready to post.
We film quarterly — once every three months — so your content stays fresh and relevant. Each film day produces enough episodes to keep you consistently posting between sessions.
You're in charge of choosing and booking your own guests — after all, you know your industry and ideal prospects best. We handle everything else: episode planning, talking points, scheduling the film day, and all production.
Not at all. While LinkedIn is a core focus for B2B audiences, every episode comes with assets formatted for YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, TikTok, X, and any other platform you want to publish on. You own all the content.
Absolutely. Our Taster Episode lets you experience the full production process with a single professionally produced episode, with no further commitment required. Pricing is listed above.
The best podcast hosts aren't polished TV presenters — they're people who genuinely know their stuff. The most compelling B2B content comes from real people having real conversations. We help you identify who in your team has that natural spark, and on film day we guide every conversation so nobody feels on the spot.
Yes. We can manage the full distribution pipeline: scheduling posts, uploading episodes, and publishing across LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, and wherever else you want to show up. Your team just approves and we publish.
The podcast is the input, not the product. If all you wanted was a show, you could book a studio for a day and be done. What you're buying here is the thing that happens after the camera stops: six conversations becoming ninety-odd pieces of video, audio, design and copy, scheduled across a quarter. The episodes matter, but they're maybe a tenth of what lands in your drive.
Nothing you have to do. Assets arrive batched and labelled by week, so there's always a queue ready to go. We check in monthly with performance reporting and plan the next film day off the back of what's working. The whole point is that the quiet weeks stay quiet for your team.
Because you get the founders on your shoot, not a junior team assigned to your account. We're building this studio around a small number of clients we can genuinely over-deliver for, and early clients get more of our attention than they would anywhere further down the line. If you'd rather see the work before committing, start with a Taster Episode.
